By using Nightwatch, you agree to the practices described in this Policy and our Terms of Service.

2.3 SMS & Phone Communications
When you provide your mobile phone number and request an SMS verification code, we collect your phone number and verification event metadata solely for account security and identity verification purposes. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by account activity. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to SMS is not a condition of use.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and verify your identity
- To facilitate bookings, escrow, and settlement between parties
- To send transactional SMS and email communications (verification codes, booking confirmations, security alerts)

- Service Providers: Cloud infrastructure (AWS), identity verification vendors, payment processors, and SMS delivery providers, solely to operate the Platform.
- Other Users: Provider profiles visible to matched clients as part of the booking workflow; only information necessary for the booking is shared.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Nightwatch, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Identity verification records may be retained for up to 7 years for regulatory compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@nightwatch.xxx, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, and continuous audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nightwatch.xxx. We will respond within 30 days.
SMS opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS from Nightwatch to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy with a new Effective Date. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
